PRESALE TICKETS FOR 2025 – OPEN (Sept 2024 update)

DETAILS-January 24th & 25th, 2025:
TIMES
Presale tickets may purchase by submitting the completed order form (see your Karneval rep), anytime between now and December 1st, 2024. Presale ends December 4th, 2023 without exception.
PRICES
Presale: $80*
Age 20 and UNDER-FREE
*Note-All tickets sold during the Pre-Sale will include $10 in Food Coupons/Casino Chips that can be used only to purchase food inside the ballroom either Friday and/or Saturday Nights. They will not be accepted anywhere else in the Casino! FREE tickets DO NOT include food coupons.
PAYMENTS
-Full payment must be received by December 1st, 2024 for ALL Pre-Sale tickets! Any payments received after December 1st, 2024 will be returned and the order will not be processed unless prior arrangements have been made with GAMGA Treasurer. Information on where to send payment will be included with the ticket order invoice or contact the GAMGA Treasurer at treasurer@gamga.org.
-Payments may also be made online by clicking on the link at the bottom of the invoice that is emailed to you. Contact GAMGA at treasurer@gamga.org or tickets@gamga.org if you have any questions.
ONLINE PURCHASES
-Tickets may also be purchased online. Email GAMGA at treasurer@gamga.org or tickets@gamga.org to request the link for purchase.
NOTE-All tickets sold during this time will only be purchased through a GAMGA group representative. GUESTS of GAMGA Member groups must contact a GAMGA Member group representative to order their tickets. ALL tickets sold during Presale other than by GAMGA Member Group representative will be $90 and will include $10 in Food Chips
CHANGES
No changes will be made to the initial group orders after December 4th. NO EXCEPTIONS! Additions to group orders can be made December 1st thru January 1st by group representative and the costs of all wristbands after Presale are $90. See AFTER PRESALE and REFUNDS below.
REFUNDS
Only unused wristbands will be accepted for refund between February 1st, 2025 and February 24th, 2025. NOTE** There will be a $20 Return Fee on all returned wristbands. $10 Food Casino Chips will not be refunded. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE GAMGA GALA
DELIVERY
-All pre-sale tickets for the event will be mailed the week of December 1st, 2024 via USPS Priority Mail to the address specified on order.
Remember-
-One wristband will be received and must be worn the entire event weekend.
-If a wristband is misplaced or forgotten, the purchase of a new wristband will be required.

DELIVERY
-All wristbands sold after December 1st, 2024 must be picked up from GAMGA BEFORE Friday January 24th, 2025 at 5:30 PM. (Ballroom Doors opening time).
Times/places to pick up wristbands will be as follows:
-Delegates meeting held Friday morning before the event. Time/Place to be
determined and posted near the ballroom.
-At sales table near ballroom entrance between 5:00pm and 5:30PM Friday
-Group Representative orders/changes made after pre-sale must be picked up bygroup representative at the Delegates meeting.
-One wristband will be received and must be worn the entire weekend.
-If a wristband is misplaced or forgotten, the purchase of a new wristband will be required.
-Volunteers at the sales table will only have $90 wristbands available at the door. No tickets sold prior to January 1st will be available at the door. They MUST be picked up prior to the event!

About GAMGA
The German American Mardi Gras Association represents the German American Karneval Clubs in the USA and Canada.
Karneval/Mardi Gras has a long tradition in Germany and is celebrated by millions of people there. Our goal is to give people in North America that same kind of feeling, the fun and the freedom of German Karneval, give them a place to celebrate the “fifth season” in America and keep a bit of German culture alive. All are welcome, no need to be German!
GAMGA celebrates one time per year an America wide event – the GAMGA Gala in Las Vegas- with visitors from all over the world.
